Section 3 Manuscript Submissions

→ You retain ownership and copyright of your original work.
→ By submitting a manuscript, you grant us a limited, royalty-free license to review, evaluate, and (if accepted) publish the work according to a separate publishing agreement.
→ You warrant that your submission is original, does not infringe any third-party rights, and does not contain defamatory or illegal content.
→ We reserve the right to reject any submission without explanation.

Section 4 Publishing Process and Agreements

Detailed publishing agreements will be provided for accepted projects. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all stages (editing, illustrations, proofs, etc.). Approval of final files constitutes acceptance of the delivered work.

Section 5 Payments and Billing

→ You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information.
→ We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason.

Section 6 Refund and Revision Policy

Refund Overview

Before Project Initiation: Full refund possible if requested promptly.
After Work Begins: Revisions are the primary remedy. Partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Delivered & Approved: Generally non-refundable. We provide revisions within agreed timelines to ensure satisfaction.
Late Delivery: Refunds only issued in cases of significant company-caused delays after documented attempts to resolve.
Request Window: All refund requests must be made within 10 days of delivery unless otherwise agreed.

Section 7 Intellectual Property

All content on the website (text, graphics, logos, images, design) is the property of Children's BookNest or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

Section 8 User Conduct and Prohibited Uses
